Joe Manganiello spotted at Beverly Hills hotel after ex Sofia Vergara claimed they’re divorcing because ‘he wanted to have kids’

Joe Manganiello looked sharp as he picked up his car from the valet at fancy hotel The Maybourne Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

The 47-year-old True Blood alum dressed his 6ft4in form in a black faux leather jacket over a red plaid shirt, black skinny jeans, and $180 Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Satin Bred’ sneakers.

Joe showcased his fresh haircut courtesy of groomer Mira Chai Hyde last Sunday.

Manganiello hauled a black bag and he finished off his Italian stallion look with designer sunglasses.

Missing from The Kill Room star’s side on Tuesday was his actress girlfriend – fellow Pennsylvanian Caitlin O’Connor – whom he’s been dating as far back as early August.

On January 15, Joe’s estranged wife Sofía Vergara claimed the reason they legally separated in July after seven years of marriage was because he was younger and ‘wanted to have kids.’

‘I didn’t want to be an old mom,’ the 51-year-old America’s Got Talent judge scoffed to Spanish publication El País.

‘I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore. I had a son [Manolo] at 19 [with ex-husband Joe Gonzalez], who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother – not a mother. So, if love comes along, he has to come with [his own] children.’

Sofía added: ‘I’m almost in menopause. It’s the natural way of things. When my son becomes a dad, let him bring the baby to me for a while and then I’ll give it back to him and go on with my life. That’s what I have to do.’

It’s shocking that Manganiello and Vergara never fully discussed the topic considering she was locked in a highly-publicized, five-year legal battle against her ex-fiancé Nick Loeb over their two female frozen embryos.

The Magic Mike’s Last Dance actor hired powerhouse divorce attorney Laura Wasser to sort out his prenuptial agreement with the Colombian bombshell, and he got custody of their 11-year-old Chihuahua Bubbles – according to TMZ.

Joe will next host the $200M game show spin-off Deal or No Deal Island – premiering February 26 on NBC/Peacock – thanks to his association with Sofía’s AGT colleague Howie Mandel.

Manganiello will next portray Enoteca Maria owner Joe Scaravella’s (Vince Vaughn) best friend in Stephen Chbosky’s upcoming Italian-American cooking comedy Nonnas alongside Susan Sarandon, Lorraine Bracco, Campbell Scott, and Drea DeMateo.

And last summer, the Big City Greens actor finished filming for the official 50-year history of Dungeons & Dragons documentary he directed and produced with Kyle Newman.
